The Guidebooks

The Guidebooks are the centerpiece of the Leadership Pathway curriculum for residency.

The orange cover version is for supervisors and coaches. It comes with a compliment of digital resources for each chapter.

The Guidebook for Residents (the green one) parallels all 20 core competencies that the original Coaches Version (the orange one) has. It addresses how to ask great questions, what it means to be coachable, how to put coaching into practice daily and how to receive developmental conversations.
