But sometimes we need an answer today.
The reality is that leadership comes at you fast sometimes. Sometimes, you may believe in the long answer but need a quick answer. You don't have 2+ years to grow what you need for that open spot on your team.

ABOUT DAVE MILLER
Over the past fifteen years, Dave Miller has been passionate about helping church leaders take their first and next steps. He's personally interviewed over 2,000 church leaders and directly overseen hundreds of searches for interns, rookies, and veteran leaders all trying to take a step forward.
A mentor told Dave in the 90s to never throw a contact away. He continues to try to find ways to serve this list of friends, work associates, and people who know someone who might know someone, to make much of God through His local church.
He works with fantastic people at Leadership Pathway.
He knows churches need great teams who are called, gifted, and passionate.
FOUR STEPS
ASSESS
On-site and via Zoom. A look at your team gifting, aptitudes, and abilities within each team and department. Where are our gaps? What does this team need in 6 to 18 months to execute what is next for our organization?
Expect time on-site your team and individual engagement as well as zoom .
TRAIN
We will train your entire team in the art of recruiting. We will teach your team the art of 10x relational power of getting the word out and how to think like a recruiter. We will show them how one hour per week from everyone will net the results your organization needs.
Expect this delivered via zoom with follow-up as required.
CONSTRUCT
We will work with those involved with the communications in your organization (either paid staff or volunteers) to build an automated tool that will be used for recruiting.
Expect a landing page on your website, Mailchimp (or your choice) of automated messaging, and custom-written campaigns in your voice to serve an audience of interested individuals.
COACH
For the next 12 months, we will work with you through all staffing needs of your organization including job descriptions, interview processes, vetting, and onboarding.
Expect priority access to Dave, his team, and his network for a year. No matter how many hires you need to make in the next twelve months. There will be periods of intense work and others that are not.
