COACHING DIRECTOR / CO-FOUNDER

Kristin previously served on staff at churches in Denver overseeing Operations, First Impressions, and Global/Local Outreach. She’s also recruited students to ministry as an Admissions Director. She’s passionate about equipping young leaders to pave the way for others to meet Jesus, not unlike her own testimony of encountering Christ on a rare visit to a church with her family when she was 9. As the co-founder of Lp, she keeps the big picture in mind. She’s a foodie, loves to cook and entertain with friends and family, and is a fan of words but can’t seem to find many who will play Scrabble with her!

CHURCH RELATIONS

Tirza supports Lp in keeping the ball rolling with open lines of communication through the recruitment process. She has a background in recruiting and team management. She's an active contributor in the preschool leadership team at Anchor church in Tacoma & leads the women's connection team. She loves people- young and older! She enjoys exploring local places of interest, orca watching & trying to make babies laugh at social gatherings.

CO-FOUNDER

Dave Miller, who served as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at churches in Las Vegas, Central KY, and Western MI has also spent the last fifteen years on the go helping churches on a variety of topics from strategy to technology and facility redesign. He’s most passionate, however, about helping young leaders take their healthiest first steps into ministry. He’s an avid cyclist, Cincinnati Reds fan, and “Poppi” to Jamie & Benny.

CONTRACT MANAGER

Lindsay serves Lp by helping with finance and keeping all of our contracts moving forward. She is married to Aaron and has four little boys. Her knack for details is rooted in the fact that she truly wants the best for everyone and to see them succeed.

CHURCH RELATIONS

Sean is a Nebraska native and big-time Husker fan. While working at a Christian college in Church Relations and Recruiting, his passion for the local Church and finding the next generation of church leaders was fueled. He serves as the Senior Pastor at MVMNT Church in Aurora, CO. He hoops most mornings at 5:30 AM! He has quite the record collection, is decent at table tennis, and loves spending time in the mountains with his wife, Averi, plus, their kids and dog, Kanye.

Robin Davidson is a licensed Wesleyan minister with 20+ years of experience as a teacher, coach, counselor, and ministry leader, most recently serving as Kids Ministry Director at a multisite church in southern CA. She is passionate about coaching residents, developing emerging leaders, and helping others discover their God-given calling. Robin and her husband have two grown sons and a 3-year-old grandson. Newly relocated to Western New York, she enjoys reading, cooking, swimming, and hiking.

Hayden was born and raised in Lexington, KY, and still lives there today with his wife and three boys. He is the Student Pastor at CenterPointe Christian and is passionate about raising up new church leaders from the next generation and working with other Student Pastors to do the same.

Sekwohn Grondin serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Skyline Church in San Diego, CA, where he oversees middle school, high school, and multisite student ministry. He has spent more than 10 years in youth ministry and is passionate about developing leaders and building ministries where the next generation can find and follow Jesus. He especially loves helping young leaders grow in self-awareness, confidence, and their ability to lead others well. He and his wife, Marysa, have two boys, Micah and Stephen. Outside of ministry, you’ll probably find him playing basketball, spending time with his family, trying a new food spot, or doing just about anything competitive.

Jordan and his wife Kirsten were married in 2011. They live in Frankenmuth, Michigan and have 3 kids Layla, Deklan, & Hazel. He’s been in full-time ministry as a Worship Pastor since 2012 and has a big heart to see people connected to Jesus. He’s been involved in planting churches and developing leaders. Some of Jordan’s hobbies include spending time with family, music, & sports.

Jordan has spent nearly two decades walking alongside leaders in different seasons of life and ministry. For more than six years, he served as the Leadership Development Director at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, where he coached staff, designed training experiences, and helped create a culture of ongoing growth. Before that, he was a Spiritual Formation Pastor in Michigan for six years, guiding people in their faith journeys and supporting leaders in their personal and spiritual development. His first role in ministry was as a Student Pastor, where he spent five years investing in students, parents, and volunteer teams.

Across these roles, Jordan has led countless workshops, retreats, and one-on-one coaching conversations—always with a focus on helping people lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and resilience. He cares deeply about creating spaces where leaders can slow down, reflect, and grow in ways that not only impact their work but also their character and relationships.

Ryan is a Southern Californian who moved to Oklahoma in 2011, giving him a diversified experience on the west coast and in the midwest. He has served on staff in the local church ranging in size from 100 to 4,000 and has been a Youth Pastor, Leadership School Director, and ministry staffing and coaching associate. He has been involved in student ministries for over 20 years. He has served as a speaker, trainer and coach for churches, businesses and non-profits. He is the author of the book Prepared for Impact: 12 Keys to Unlock You and Your Youth Ministry. Ryan loves running, watching USC football and spending time with his wife Sarah and their 4 kids, Hunter, Caden, Grace and Amaris.

Tony is one of our coaches at Leadership Pathway, where he loves coming alongside young leaders and helping them discover how God wired them for ministry. A pastor, church planter, and the guy who launched Skyline Church’s Residency program, Tony knows what it takes to raise up leaders who make an impact. At home, he and his wife stay busy raising five young adult kids, and when he’s not cheering them on, you’ll likely find him chasing a little white ball around the golf course.

A ministry veteran who leads church planters and ministry residents at Ransom Church in Sioux Falls, SD. She studied at Wesley Seminary and was formerly on staff at Fountain Springs in Rapid City, SD

On the east side of Atlanta, GA, Curtis is married, has 3 girls, and never leaves the house without his Braves hat. After working in Middle School ministry at Southeast Christian in Louisville, KY, God brought him home in preparation to succeed his dad in senior ministry. As Lead Minister of Crosspoint Christian Church, Curtis is intentional about investing in the next generation leaders on his team who are helping shape their church and local community for Christ.
