The following is a Q&A with Hayden Gregory, Family Pastor

What are your greatest hopes and dreams for the next couple of years for your church?

At CenterPointe, we are in an amazing time of growth. We have grown at a 16% rate over the past few years and are continuing that trend. Our hope is to continue expanding God’s kingdom while also developing young leaders who can effectively do ministry, whether here or at another church. We hope to continue developing our facilities to accommodate a growing congregation and remain a beacon of hope for one of the largest neighborhoods in our state. Our dream is to build a new (larger) facility on the North side of our Campus to accommodate a growing ministry.

Why did you choose to do a residency & what are you hopeful will happen through this process?

We firmly believe that one of our jobs as a church is laid out in Ephesians 4. Church leaders are called to equip the saints for the work of ministry, not carry it all themselves. Our prayer is that we can do this well through residency and provide solid coaching and mentorship to young leaders who desire vocational ministry.

What is it like to work on staff there?

It is a party! We always have fun. We have a great staff culture of support and encouragement. We thrive on coaching, feedback, and constant growth.
